I’m a reality-based designer, using curiosity & constraints to get things done.
My design philosophy, which drives my work every day, is to make someone’s day just 10% easier. My approach to UX is reality-based, rooted in proven tools with the flexibility to adapt as the scope of my work evolves and as the world of design changes.
When it comes to design problems, I love mess. My passion lies in looking at complex systems of information and data, using research and prototyping to de-mystify it, and leaving my stakeholders with a clear view of the landscape. With a holistic view of the user experience, we can build great things for real people.
I’m a lifelong learner and believe in the power of prototyping. In my spare time, I judge beer through the BJCP program, write fiction, and teach yoga. And I love to try new things: designing guitars, performing stand-up comedy, baking French pastry in Paris. I’m also fond of karaoke, yoga, cycling, baking and crafting my own (sometimes original!) cocktails.
